What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings: full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before arrival, 50% refund if you cancel 4 to 6 days before arrival, and no refund for cancellations within 3 days of arrival.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash.
Do children stay free?
Yes. Children up to 8 years stay free when using the existing beds.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed at Le Villagio.
Do you provide airport or railway pickup?
We can help arrange a taxi from Calicut or Kannur airport, or Kozhikode railway station. Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival details.
