Before you book
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so message us on WhatsApp before you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
For bookings made directly with us:
- 7 or more days before arrival: full refund
- 4 to 6 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Within 3 days of arrival: no refund
Bookings made through travel websites follow that website’s terms.
How do I book a stay?
Use the “Book Online” button on our website, or call or WhatsApp +91 94469 76000.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash.
Do children stay free?
Yes. Children up to 8 years stay free when they use the existing beds.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at Le Villagio.

Domes & apartments
What kind of accommodation do you have?
We have 14 units: 10 serviced apartments and 4 glamping domes. Every dome has its own private Jacuzzi.
What is a glamping dome stay like?
Our glamping domes are beautifully furnished private suites with their own Jacuzzi, ideal for couples and honeymooners. Dome stays start from ₹12,000 a night. See the glamping domes.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes. Each apartment has a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave. Cooking utensils are provided on request.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All apartments and glamping domes are air-conditioned.
How many guests can stay in a room?
Each bedroom is for 2 guests. In the apartments, extra beds can be added in the living room. A glamping dome takes a maximum of 3 guests, including children.
Is an extra bed available, and what does it cost?
Yes. An extra bed costs ₹800 on a room-only (EP) rate, or ₹1,000 on a rate with breakfast (CP).
How much does a stay cost?
Rates range from ₹3,960 to ₹15,500 depending on the room, season and package. Check current prices with “Book Online”.

Is there a restaurant?
Yes. Our rooftop restaurant with a hill view serves breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. Dinner is available on pre-booking, and we serve special-day dinners from our own menu.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
You can choose either: a room-only rate (EP) or a rate with breakfast included (CP). Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at our rooftop restaurant.
Is lunch available?
No, we do not serve lunch.
Can visitors who are not staying eat at the restaurant?
No. The restaurant is for resident guests only.

Is Le Villagio good for families with children?
Yes. Children enjoy the kids’ pool, the play park and the clubhouse games. Our two-bedroom apartments suit a family of four, and children up to 8 stay free.
Is there a campfire or barbecue?
Not at present.

What is included in the honeymoon package?
The honeymoon package costs ₹15,500 for two and includes:
- One night in a glamping dome with private Jacuzzi
- Breakfast
- Flower decorations
- Candlelight dinner setup
- A 500 g Black Forest or White Forest cake
Dinner and other food are charged separately. See the honeymoon package.
Are there any special offers?
Yes, three:
- Family Getaway: 2 nights in a two-bedroom apartment for 4, with breakfast and the kids’ pool, 10% off
- Birthday Dome Stay: a dome with birthday arrangements, 10% off
- Long stay: stays of more than 3 nights, 10% off

About 5 hours from Bengaluru and about 3 hours from Mysuru by road.
